The Raise Foundation’s youth mentoring program has officially launched for 2025 in two Southern Highlands high schools — and it’s already breaking records. This year has seen an unprecedented number of young people signing up, highlighting just how needed and valued this program is in our local community.

Much of this success is thanks to the incredible work of program coordinator Brooke McGee, whose passion and leadership have made a lasting impact. We’re so grateful to Brooke for helping bring this initiative to life with such heart.

As proud supporters of the Raise program, the Bowral District Children’s Foundation (BDCF) continues to back this evidence-based mentoring model, which connects trained local volunteers with students in need of positive role models and trusted support.

To all the volunteer mentors: thank you. Your time, care and commitment are making a real difference.
