As we step into 2025, the Bowral District Children’s Foundation (BDCF) proudly marks 20 years of supporting children’s wellbeing in the Southern Highlands.

This year also brings a meaningful new partnership with the Southern Highlands Wellbeing Collaborative (SHWC) — a community initiative led by the Youth Impact Foundation to support consistent, compassionate approaches to youth mental health and wellbeing across our region.

From schools and early learning centres to youth and sports clubs, SHWC brings together local professionals and volunteers to strengthen the support available to young people.

As Founding Partner, BDCF is funding Stage One — helping establish a shared framework that can guide wellbeing programs across Southern Highlands communities.

We believe that collaboration is key to a healthier future, and we’re proud to play a part in building a more connected, supportive environment for all young people in our region.
